At KodeshKits, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy below so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on Shabbat, Yom Tov, or Jewish holidays will begin processing on the next available business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is placed as well as when it has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer the following domestic shipping options at checkout:

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days] — $10 USD.

Free Shipping: eligible on orders over $150 USD.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping
KodeshKits ships internationally to select countries. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. KodeshKits is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real time through the carrier's website.

Shipping Carriers
We currently ship using UPS / FedEx / USPS. Carrier availability may vary depending on your location.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at kodeshkits@gmail.com within 5 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Service Interruptions
Occasionally, shipping timelines may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including weather events, carrier delays, peak holiday seasons, or other disruptions. We appreciate your patience in these situations and will always communicate any known delays as promptly as possible.
Please also note that orders may experience delays around major Jewish holidays when our operations are temporarily paused.

P.O. Boxes
We are currently able to ship to P.O. boxes. Please ensure a valid street address is provided at checkout as well in the event that it may still be needed.
